Fiber Coupled Arrays

Fiber coupled arrays feature high brightness fiber coupling, small footprint and very high power in passively cooled packages. They deliver 25W to 120W of laser power through 0.22 NA multimode optical fibers with 100 µm to 600 µm core.

An integrated optical design, the accurate test and selection of semiconductor materials and the efficient thermal management make these devices the ideal choice for applications requiring reliability, long lifetime and simple passive cooling in a small footprint.

FCAs are offered at 800 - 1532nm in four main packages:
